Yes Bret Stephens, Israel is committing genocide in Gaza

THE HAGUE, Sept 1 (Reuters) - The world's biggest academic association of genocide scholars has passed a resolution saying the legal criteria have been met to establish Israel is committing genocide in Gaza, its president said on Monday.

Eighty-six percent of those who voted among the 500-member International Association of Genocide Scholars backed the resolution declaring Israel’s "policies and actions in Gaza" had met the legal definition set out in Article II of the 1948 UN convention on genocide.

Bret Stephens of the New York Times wrote an article on whether it was in fact a genocide. The original article can be accessed through the link below.

“The situation in Gaza is apocalyptic. Palestinians continue to endure suffering beyond imagination. Israel is responsible for one of the cruelest genocides in modern history.”

With over 200,000 Palestinians reported killed or injured and the real toll “far higher,” Francesca Albanese accused Israel of dismantling humanitarian aid in Gaza, replacing it with a “so-called 'Gaza Humanitarian Foundation', that’s nothing less than a death trap.”

She emphasized that this was not an isolated crisis but part of a decades-long “settler colonial project of erasure” that has intensified in recent months through military force, starvation, and mass displacement. Albanese condemned the deep complicity of corporate and state actors in what she called an “economy of genocide.” See YouTube video for more info and Albanese report.

Understanding Perspectives: A Conversation with a Hamas Affiliate

A chance meeting with Abu-Maha, a Hamas affiliate, led us to interview him after he agreed to be open to answering our questions regarding Hamas.

The situation in Palestine is a parallel to the history of Canada in that the land was stolen from the Indians by settlers. Considering this uncanny similarity to our history we asked a local First Nations Chief what questions he might ask Hamas if he had the opportunity. Over the next weeks we will have answers to his questions.

If you have your own questions feel free to email them to us.

Our focus is on learning about the truth of what is happening in Gaza and getting it out to the world…. before it is too late. Read interview…

Ascertaining who are the terrorists

The same group that is putting a good deal of money into an organization titled Jew Belong, obviously has a mandate to counteract what they perceive to be prejudice in the form of antisemitism. These billboards are going up all over America.

This mandate is copied from the orgs website: “These days, antisemitism is growing, and well, it can be hard to be a Joyous Jew when there’s a target on your back. That’s why we’re raising awareness about the problem! Our signature pink and white billboards, billboard trucks, and strong social media presence powerfully confront antisemitism, so you have room to discover Joyous Judaism.”

Hospitals, medical workers and the media are protected from attack under the laws of war

The Nasser hospital incident on August 25, in which at least 22 people were killed, including five journalists, has attracted international condemnation. The initial act itself violates rules of war, but the subsequent declaration that it was a “tragic mishap” by Benjamin Netanyahu has elevated already widespread anger.

The Israeli military said there had been two strikes when in fact, the BBC through analysis of videos has identified that there were four strikes, leaving no doubt this was fully intentional, primarily to kill journalists broadcasting live from the hospital to the international community.

In it's initial inquiry the military claimed that six Palestinian militants had been killed but there was no evidence to back this up. This Nasser attack also involved the Golani brigade, the same lot who attacked and killed 15 emergency workers in March, who then buried the bodies of the ER workers and their ambulances, in order to cover up their crimes.

The plans for developing the Gaza Strip

July, 2025 Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich, and MK Zvi Sukkot present the brochures 'Settling in the Gaza Strip,' at the Knesset meeting early in July.

The text in Hebrew reads: Master Plan for Settlement in the Gaza Strip with the logo and text for Nachala - Movement for Settlement in the Land of Israel which promotes Jewish settlement in the West Bank. The Nachala logo significance means "inheritance" or "homestead and the company is known for its advocacy for expanding Jewish presence in contested areas, often tied to ideological or religious Zionist views regarding the land of Israel. The document appears to be a strategic or political proposal related to establishing settlements in the Gaza Strip according to Chat GPT.

Nachala, run by Daniella Weiss, is a radical Israeli settler organization aiding younger settlers and building new illegal Israeli outposts in the West Bank. Their ambition is for Israel to annex both the Gaza Strip and the West Bank. Read More

Something went wrong…

The narrative is being tightly controlled on social media owned by Meta and Mark Zuckerberg.

Instagram and Facebook has made it difficult to interact with our own community, in terms of liking posts, sharing or commenting. Speaking out against the Israelis re the genocide in Gaza will bring on censorship… fast, under the guise of “protecting their community.”

Upscrolled is an alternative to Instagram, but is still in its infancy so the community is small yet.

Upscrolled’s mandate is stated as: “We believe in freedom of expression and give you the space to be yourself — authentically and without limits. Join now and start your journey with a social experience that’s different, real, and open.”
